E torte di Sabrina specializes in artisanal Corsican pies and desserts for catering and hospitality professionals. All our raw materials are carefully selected. For this, we have chosen to work with local producers in a short circuit, picking from the Corsican scrub and vegetables from the garden (untreated).

Sabrina Verdi


The story begins when I was a child, it was my mother’s job. My great-grandmother having passed on the family recipes to her, more than passionate, she decided to make it her career. Coming from a large family, we all got our hands dirty from a very young age, with my mother passing on her know-how to us.

Then, I had the chance to work as a sales representative with catering professionals for almost 20 years. I understood their needs and their daily challenges: personnel management and margin management.

This is why I decided to create my company! Helping my customers in their daily lives thanks to local Corsican products with controlled portions and easy to send!

Our products


All our raw materials are carefully selected in order to bring excellence to our customers who want to know what they have on their plates. For this, we have chosen to work with local producers in a short circuit, picking wild herbs in the Corsican scrub and vegetables from the garden (untreated).

Herb tart

Fine crispy, slightly flaky pastry garnished with a base of chard, leeks, delicately peppered onions and an assortment of wild Corsican herbs picked from our maquis!

Onion tart

Fine crispy, slightly flaky pastry garnished with a base of slowly candied onions, delicately peppered and with an assortment of wild Corsican herbs picked from our maquis!

Herb pie and Brocciu

Fine crispy, slightly flaky pastry garnished with a base of chard, leeks, delicately peppered onions, an assortment of wild Corsican herbs picked from our maquis, and of course a creamy brocciu (Corsican sheep’s milk cheese made with whey)!

Migliacci

Lightly brioche and salty dough garnished with fresh Corsican sheep’s cheese cooked on a chestnut leaf in the oven.

Fiadone

Typically Corsican dessert, made with brocciu (derived from fresh Corsican cheese made from sheep’s milk), eggs, sugar, all flavored with fresh lemon zest, then baked in the oven, a pure delight.

Falculelle

Dessert from the center of Corsica, made with brocciu, (derived from fresh Corsican cheese made with small sheep’s milk), eggs, sugar, then baked in a chestnut leaf, an exceptional fragrance!

Soft chestnut

Typical Corsican dessert, made with Corsican chestnut flour, an exceptional scent!

Sweet Corsican honey

Dessert made with Corsican honey, an exceptional scent!

Heart of Nucellina with Cervione hazelnut

Soft with Cervione hazelnut and its Nucellina heart, a pure delight!
