For this, we have chosen to work with local producers in a short circuit, picking from the Corsican scrub and vegetables from the garden (untreated).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Founder<\/div>\nSabrina Verdi<\/h1>\n
\n\nThe story begins when I was a child, it was my mother\u2019s job. My great-grandmother having passed on the family recipes to her, more than passionate, she decided to make it her career. Coming from a large family, we all got our hands dirty from a very young age, with my mother passing on her know-how to us.<\/p>\n
Then, I had the chance to work as a sales representative with catering professionals for almost 20 years. I understood their needs and their daily challenges: personnel management and margin management.<\/p>\n
This is why I decided to create my company! Helping my customers in their daily lives thanks to local Corsican products with controlled portions and easy to send!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
